BAC PRO Carpentry and Joinery Technician

The candidate will be able to:

- prepare the production process for a work based on the architectural file, joinery and fittings concepts and standards and the company's constraints.

- He produces the work using standard joinery and fittings manufacturing and installation techniques and processes.

The training leading to the Bac Pro TMA includes the following subjects:

GENERAL EDUCATION

French, History-Geography, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, PSE: Protection Santé Environnement, English, Applied Arts, Physical and Sports Education.

VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

• Preparation of operational processes
• Adjustment and implementation of production systems
• Traditional machining
• Numerically positioned machining
• Machining on machining centre
• Processing and finishing
• Construction (CAD, DAO)
• Economics and Management
• Prevention, Health, Environment.

• Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 4

- Qualified teachers (PLP, CAPES, CAPET, agrégation) with a minimum of 3 years' experience

- Qualified trainers with a minimum of level II (licence, licence pro, master) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in continuing education and/or in the professional field being taught

- Professional speakers: minimum of 3 years' experience in the professional field being taught

Continuation of studies on a B.T.S. in the Wood sector for students benefiting from a very good academic record.

The holder of the diploma can work in companies in the Wood or related sectors, aluminium joinery, PVC, individually or as part of a team, from the workshop to the building site depending on the size of the company, whether craft or industrial.
