BAC PRO Mechanical Product Production Technician - Production and monitoring

At the end of their training, mechanical product manufacturing technicians will be able to:

- understand the operation, kinematics of production resources, associated manufacturing and assembly techniques and the characteristics of the materials worked on.

- mobilise digital tools and specialised software (calculation of time for production control, compliance with planning, notions of production-related costs, editing of metrology control reports...)

- write and distribute, internally within the company, in digital form, production
reports demonstrating a command of the language, complying with installed procedures.

- work in compliance with safety rules and instructions (Quality Hygiene Health Environment), anticipate and manage risk.

- appropriate information, technical data in a modern foreign language, to
address, if necessary to a foreign customer or supplier.

- work as part of a team and with respect for the environment.

Analysis, use of technical data and digitally assisted preparation of one or more products

• interpreting a technical file
  
• defining the inspection procedure and associated resources.
• check the times and scheduling for the production of a sub-assembly or tooling
• draw up preparatory documents
  

Production and qualification of all or part of a product or production and qualification of new tooling for shaping materials

• organise the work environment
• manage supplies, materials and standard components.
• assemble and adjust workpiece holders, tool holders and tools. Calibrate inspection tooling
• prepare and adjust manufacturing stations in accordance with the operating process(es) supplied
• implement the production process in compliance with safety rules
• adjust manufacturing settings and parameters to comply with production criteria (costs, lead times, quality, quantity)
• rewrite the technical file and management data
  
  

Monitoring of qualified production and maintenance of production resources or monitoring and maintenance of existing tooling for shaping a material

• interpreting the production file or the technical file for the tooling and production environment
• conducting stabilised production, analysing changes
• implementing procedures for adjusting and monitoring production parameters
• implementing safety rules and procedures, respect for the environment
• carry out 1st level maintenance
• report and pass on information on work in progress
