The main aims of the course are
General lessons: French, mathematics, history - geography, physical sciences, physical education and sport.
Vocational lessons: preparation of a project, inspection and acceptance of existing work, definition of the product, method and planning of the project.
Manufacturing: machining and cutting, assembly, finishing and treatment. Implementation: site organisation, monitoring of completion, quality control and maintenance of existing materials/installations.

Level 3ème or equivalent experience.
Training for a mixed public, acceptance subject to validation by the host establishment
Positioning prior to entry into training.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during training.
For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification procedures, support from the TH referent.

Mixed intake training: Mixed intake apprentices are apprentices who follow their training within a class made up of students with school status.
Acceptance is subject to validation by the host establishment and subject to available places.
Apprenticeship training: The training is accessible subject to validation of your application as well as the position in the company (diploma compliance).

The graduate works in craft or industrial building companies. They start out as journeymen, carpenters, workshop or site technicians in carpentry and timber construction. A number of BTS (technical diplomas) related to the wood and construction trades can be used to complete the training, such as the BTS SCBH Constructive systems for wood and housing.
