At the end of their training, the professional will be able to welcome, advise on and sell products and associated services, contribute to the follow-up of sales, participate in building customer loyalty and developing customer relations.
Depending on the option chosen, they will have acquired the professional techniques and behaviour either to participate actively in the running and management of a commercial unit (option A*), or to prospect potential customers (option B**), .
Whichever direction he or she chooses, the professional will be able to meet the requirements linked:
- to heightened competition between companies to win over an increasingly versatile customer base,
- to the more demanding expectations of a better-informed and more responsive customer base,
- and to plural approaches to products and services favoured by the diversity of media and technologies used by retailers and consumers.
The training course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.
Module 1: Advising and Selling:
- monitoring market trends
- making sales using a ‘multi-channel’ approach
- ensuring the sale is completed
Module 2: Monitoring Sales:
- monitoring the order and/or service
- implementing the associated service(s)
- handling customer complaints and claims
- ensuring customer satisfaction
Module 3: Building customer loyalty and developing customer relationships:
- processing and utilising customer information or contact details
- contribute to and evaluate customer loyalty initiatives and customer relationship development
Module 4 Option A: running and managing the retail space:
- carry out pre-sale procedures
- ensure the sales outlet is attractive and functional
- expand the customer base
Section 5 Option B: Prospecting and promoting the product range
- research and analyse information for operational purposes
- participate in the design of a prospecting campaign, implement it, monitor it and evaluate it
- promote products and services

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.
The work placement also enables students to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.
Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Positioning upstream of training entry.
Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.
Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Certification assessments may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.
Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.
This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.
If a candidate fails to obtain the qualification, they retain the credits for the modules they have passed and may retake the outstanding examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years.
