Acquire skills in the field of aluminium joinery:

• Technical analysis of a work,
• Manufacture of a work,
• Preparation and monitoring of a manufacture and implementation on site

Vocational teaching:

• Drawing and reading joinery and building plans.

The holder of the BAC PRO Ouvrages du bâtiment: aluminium, verre et matériaux de synthèse can work in different types of company: building envelope, facade, aluminium and PVC joinery, glazing.

- in the workshop, they are required to prepare the manufacturing process, organise workstations and allocate tasks between operators, independently carry out the manufacture and assembly of the various components of a structure, and lead the work of a small team for work requiring several people to be employed.

- on the worksite, he is required to prepare the implementation process, organise the work area and the resources to be used, independently carry out and lead the complete installation of a structure, lead the work of a small team by implementing quality and safety management procedures on the worksite.

The holder of this BAC PRO can go on to study for a BTS if they have a good record.
