BAC PRO Car body painter

The holder of the BAC PRO Carrossier peintre automobile is able to carry out:

- the diagnosis of deformations in an accidented vehicle;

- the replacement, repair of deteriorated elements;

- the inspection, analysis of structures and geometry;

- the preparation, carrying out of painting;

- the restoration of the vehicle to its original state;

- the finalisation of the intervention.

by respecting 3 imperatives:

- health/safety/environment: preserving people's health, ensuring their safety while preserving property and the environment;

- quality: contributing to the constant improvement of customer satisfaction by integrating a progress approach into all bodywork activities;

- technological watch: this involves keeping abreast of technical innovations, technological developments and the resulting repair methods.

• Control the quality of its intervention

BC03 - Preparing and applying paints

• Preparing backgrounds and surfaces
• Applying the different types of paint
• Checking the conformity of an application

BC04 - Intervention on non-removable parts and glazing

• Replacing a structural element
• Making glazing conform

BC05 - Mathematics

BC06 - Physics-chemistry

BC07 - Economics - management

BC08 - Prevention-health-environment

BC09 - Modern language English

BC10 - French

BC11 - History-geography-moral and civic education

BC12 - Applied arts and artistic cultures
