The professional holding the baccalaureate will be able to:

- provide support to a manager of a small structure, to one or more executives by carrying out interface, coordination and organisation tasks in the administrative field.

- provide assistance in managing relations with third parties (customers, users, members, suppliers, service providers) in keeping with the organisation's image and values

- act as an interface between the organisation's various internal players.

- engage a service for information, making an appointment, requesting an estimate, sending an invoice;

- place administrative action at the heart of information systems enabling management information to be identified, collected, processed and controlled so that it can be made available to decision-makers;

- participate in the organisation and material management of a department or entity.

BC02 - Organising and monitoring production activity (of goods or services)

- Applying internal procedures for managing supplies and stocks

- Monitoring the recording of purchase invoices, cash movements

- Updating internal databases required for production activity

- Taking into account regulatory constraints relating to the organisation's production activity

- Providing updated activity schedules

- Applying current procedures for paying suppliers, Updating staff information databases

- Organising training courses

- Scheduling staff attendance times and holidays

- Organising staff travel

- Checking expense statements

- Determining the elements required to draw up pay slips

- Keeping track of payroll-related records

- Updating and distributing social information to staff

- Using simple document layout functions to meet a distribution objective

- Drafting professional writings related to the organisation's social activity

Total maximum duration of 1,940 hours, including 770 hours in a company and 1,170 hours at the training centre.
