 BAC PRO AGORA - Assistance with the management of organisations and their activities

The professional holding the baccalaureate will be able to:

- provide support to a manager of a small structure, to one or more executives by carrying out interface, coordination and organisation tasks in the administrative field.

- provide assistance in managing relations with third parties (customers, users, members, suppliers, service providers) in keeping with the organisation's image and values

- act as an interface between the organisation's various internal players.

- engage a service for information, making an appointment, requesting an estimate, sending an invoice;

- place administrative action at the heart of information systems enabling management information to be identified, collected, processed and controlled so that it can be made available to decision-makers;

- participate in the organisation and material management of a department or entity.


Skill block 1 - Managing relations with customers, users and members
- Preparing and handling customer relations - Handling administrative and management operations - Updating the information system in relation to the relationship

Skill block 2 - Organising and monitoring the production of goods or services - Monitoring the administrative and financial aspects of the production activity - Managing the production areas for operational purposes. Manage (physical and virtual) workspaces for operational purposes

Skills block 3 - Administer staff - Monitor staff careers - Initiate organisational and financial monitoring of staff activity - Participate in the social activity of the organisation

Economics and law block - Analyse the economic and legal organisation of contemporary society in the context of professional activity - Report, orally or in writing, the results of analyses carried out

Mathematics block - Search for, extract and organise information - Propose, choose and carry out a method of solving a problem - Experiment, simulate - Criticise a result, argue - Give an account of an approach, a result, verbally or in writing

Prevention-health-environment block
Conduct an analysis of professional situations (risk, work, accident) - Propose and justify appropriate preventive measures, actions enabling effective intervention in an emergency situation

Modern Languages Block 1 - Continuous oral expression in a professional context - Interacting in a foreign language - Understanding a written document written in a foreign language

French Block - Communicate effectively both orally and in writing - Interpret texts or documents critically - Exchange knowledge and values

History-geography block/ moral and civic education - Appreciate the diversity of societies and the richness of cultures - Understand the issues involved in sustainable development - Identify the issues and constraints of globalisation - Identify civil, Identify civil, political, economic and social rights and duties

Applied arts and artistic culture block - Identify the essential characteristics of works and creations - Master the basics of using traditional and computer graphics tools

Physical education and sport block (apprenticeship course)

  • Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Total maximum duration of 1,940 hours, including 770 hours in a company and 1,170 hours at the training centre.

The school is served by numerous city buses. Nice Thiers station is a 10-minute walk away. The school is also served by the Parc Impérial stop on the Chemins de Provence line.

The diploma validation tests are scheduled during the course.
