The professional holding the baccalaureate will be able to:
- provide support to a manager of a small structure, to one or more executives by carrying out interface, coordination and organisation tasks in the administrative field.
- provide assistance in managing relations with third parties (customers, users, members, suppliers, service providers) in keeping with the organisation's image and values
- act as an interface between the organisation's various internal players.
- engage a service for information, making an appointment, requesting an estimate, sending an invoice;
- place administrative action at the heart of information systems enabling management information to be identified, collected, processed and controlled so that it can be made available to decision-makers;
- participate in the organisation and material management of a department or entity.
