The training to prepare for the ATSEM competitive examination enables students to acquire the following skills:
- Gain an understanding of the profession and status of Atsem as well as the health and social field in which it is embedded (presentation of the Atsem profession, its missions, its status, the nursery school and also its territorial environment)
- Identify the skills and knowledge required to provide educational support for children in nursery schools (educational activities, extra-curricular activities and canteen time)
- Acquire the knowledge and preparatory methods for the written and oral tests
- Optimise your chances of success in the ATSEM competitive examination.
The content is individualised and adapted according to the competition being targeted:
- French - MCQ
- Organisation and operation of local authorities
- Health and safety
- Preparation for the oral test.
Being a holder of the CAP Petite Enfance
Mothers with 3 children can enter this competition without the CAP Petite Enfance
The proposed objectives and content are informative: they will be specified according to each person's level of language proficiency and according to the project: level of proficiency in skills determined during a positioning phase.
