At the end of the training course, the applicant will be able to:

- Take charge of a worksite in line with their job description

- Plan their activity in compliance with safety rules, in a sustainable development approach

- Use suitable products and equipment to clean and maintain all surfaces

- Maintain their equipment

- Report to their line manager


Integration period

  • Module 1: Organising the site- Identifying the specific features of the site-Technically preparing the site-
  • Module 2: Carrying out techniques - Professional manual and mechanised maintenance - Using products and equipment: handling, labelling...Applying routine maintenance techniques: Applying the basic rules and precautions for sorting waste
  • Module 3: Checking results against specifications - Applying the quality approach: everyone's role, procedures and corrective action
  • Module 4: Complying with health and safety rules on sites - Applying health and safety rules - Applying gestures and postures adapted to cleaning services - Adopting the right attitude on sites in sensitive environments - Applying the main eco-gestures spontaneously
  • Module 5: Customer relations and service attitudes in the specifications - Applying service attitudes: presentation, behaviour - Ensuring a good relationship with the customer, your line manager, colleagues : communication, useful information...
  • Module 6: BS electrical qualification - BE Labourer
  • Module 7: Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders and ergonomic approach to workstations
  • Module 8: SST In-company work situation training

Total maximum duration of 368 hours, of which 70 hours in a company and 298 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
