This course aims to develop the ability of non-English-speaking jobseekers to communicate interactively in a professional context by enabling them to:
-Consolidate purely linguistic skills (listening comprehension, fluency of expression, pronunciation, intonation in English)
-Acquire automatic language skills quickly
-Reinforce the usual professional vocabulary specific to the HRT professions (lexicon adapted to the participants' sectors of activity)
-Master the key situations specific to the hotel, restaurant and tourism sectors of activity
-.Acquire operational written and oral expression techniques in English
General Objectives
-Develop the language skills needed to communicate effectively in English in the hotel, tourism and catering
-Improve oral and written comprehension as well as oral and written expression in professional English
-Acquire specific vocabulary and idiomatic expressions
Integration period: Welcome, presentation of training objectives, discovery of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the course - 7 hours

Understanding an oral request in English in the context of the Hotel and Catering Tourism

Understanding a written document in English related to the context of the Hotel and Catering Tourism
Module 3 - 48 hours
Communicating orally in English in the context of Hospitality Catering Tourism
Module 4 - 30 hours
Communicating in writing in English as part of a customer relationship
Assessment, regulation, evaluation of the scheme - 7 hours

Positioning upstream of training entry.
Taking account of beneficiary satisfaction during and at the end of training.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during training.
