The course includes real-life role-playing exercises to help you become sufficiently at ease in a variety of contexts, such as:

• making a presentation to an audience
• participating in and leading meetings
• handling a telephone call

Structure of messages

Formulations for an impactful introduction

Managing questions, rephrasing

Managing difficult situations (interruption, aside....)

Participating in and leading meetings (including telephone meetings):

Opening a meeting and presenting an agenda

Adapting language to one's interlocutors

Presenting and arguing a point of view

Managing exchanges

Concluding a speech
