The aim of the course is to prepare participants to become competent, multi-skilled professionals, capable of taking up jobs in wineries, sales outlets or restaurants, offering quality service to customers. The course covers various aspects of the profession, from wine selection to presentation and sales. Participants will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge they need for their future roles. Attentive to the demands of a varied clientele, the sommelier-cellar agent will be able to satisfy them and introduce them to wines, beers and spirits. Their knowledge of these products enables them to manage supplies and monitor sales and finances. They ensure compliance with regulations.
