- Professional vocabulary in French and English, the values and expectations of the profession;

-Typology of establishments, hotel and para-hotel procedures;

-Organisation of the activity, role of the room clerk, functional and relational links with other professionals, different departments and customers;

- Computer basics for processing restocking

Learning "core business" techniques (126 h)

- Procedures and organisation on the floor: trolley organisation, blank room, recouche room, cleaning of common customer areas, al blanket service, linen

- Lost and found: procedures, attitudes, confidentiality

- Stock management: hotel linen, guest linen, welcome products

- Training in self-checking

- Breakfast service

Relations and communication with guests (56h)

- From guest arrival to departure : welcome and accompaniment in both French and English;

- Customer expectations

- Conflict prevention and management

  • Certification of prior learning
Total maximum duration of 320 hours, of which 70 hours in a company and 250 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
