Knowing the regulatory framework relating to medical transport, the typology and terms of application of the professional acts authorised within the AMU framework
Identify the technical conditions for carrying out procedures and their risks
Perform professional procedures adapted to a clinical context of intervention with patients cared for by AMU services
Identify and select the relevant information to be transmitted to the doctor in an emergency situation
Transcribe accurately the information gathered and the procedures carried out to ensure continuity of care adapted to the patient's clinical condition

Reminder of the regulatory framework for intervention in the AMU system
Decree of 22/04/2022 raltif to the professional acts that may be performed by ambulance drivers in the AMU system
Module 2 - Application of professional acts
Concept of aseptic, quality and safety of emergency care
Principles of professional acts to be performed according to his/her area of expertise
Appraisal of a clinical picture of severe acute asthma, opiate overdose, anaphylactic shock, hypoglycaemia, acute pain, severe chest pain
Rules for preparing and administering therapeutics on prescription
Performing professional acts in constant liaison with the doctor:
measurement of vitals as well as blood sugar levels - administration of non-medicated products in aerosols - pain assessment
Performance of professional acts on prescription from the doctor according to an identified clinical picture:
aerosol or spray administration of medicinal products - oral or intra-nasal administration of medicinal products - administration of medicinal products by auto-injector pen - recording and transmission of electrocardiogram using an automated tool - Measuring haemoglobinaemia.

Digital collection and traceability of data required for care in an emergency situation

From 6 to 12 people
Positioning upstream of entry to the training course.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during the course.
Taking account of beneficiary satisfaction during and at the end of the training course.
For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification arrangements, support from the TH referent.
