At the end of the 7-hour face-to-face training course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the key drivers of sales in the fast-food sector
  • Adopt a professional approach suited to customer relations
  • Apply sales techniques (greeting customers, providing advice, upselling)
  • Adapt their communication to customers’ expectations and behaviour
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and experience

The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

There are no specific technical prerequisites.

Some initial work experience, particularly in customer-facing roles, is recommended.

A sufficient command of the French language (spoken and written) is required to follow the course and take part in teaching activities (discussions, role-plays and simulations).
