Preparing for the interview with the panel by mastering your presentation

Support is scheduled according to the two submission dates for dossier 2: 15 January and 15 September

Programme:

• Checking the link between the activities described and the reference framework of professional activities
• Checking the most significant situations in the livret 2
• Getting to grips with formalisation techniques
• Explaining the conditions for registration and material data for the the interview with the jury

• Assist in formulating the issues involved in the approach and a presentation plan
  
• Help the candidate to prepare the presentation of his/her livret 2
• Help the candidate to mobilise resources to manage stress

• Submission of the VAE file for examination by a jury

Formalisation of the personalised study carried out by the Dispositif Académique de Validation des Acquis for diplomas under the authority of the Ministry of National Education

Notification of admissibility from the certifying body

At the end of the support, the candidate must submit their VAE file and register on the Aix-Marseille academy rectorate website (cliquez ici) to be called before a jury.

Possibility of validating one or more blocks of skills

In the event of partial validation of the certification, the units or blocks of skills are acquired definitively as long as the diploma exists

To join a VAE support programme, you must attend an information meeting by registering on cliquez ici and have in your possession:

- a personalised study formalised by the Academic Validation of Acquired Skills Scheme (DAVA)

- your notification of admissibility

- the funding for your support: please contact the DAVA (dava@ac-aix-marseille.fr). The support service is financed by Pôle Emploi or the Conseil Régional, by OPCOs, companies, the Compte Personnel de Formation (cliquez ici).

The DAVA will help you set up the financing.
