Flexible VAE support - Early Childhood Education Worker professional qualification - (Certification fees included)

• Analysing the skills developed with the expectations of the certification (feasibility file)
• Acquiring the methodology needed to enhance and explain one's professional experience
• Be able to define the most significant activities in relation to the certification sought
• Master the techniques for formalising the professional dossier and the slide show
• Be able to demonstrate your skills in the VAE booklet (booklet 2)
• Prepare for the interview with the selection panel

• Support includes:
• The drafting of the feasibility dossier 
• Methodological assistance in describing the activities and experience that correspond to the requirements of the reference framework for the qualification in question, formalising the validation file and preparing for the interview with the selection board
• Group workshops to explain the experience and personalised interviews
• A remote support tool throughout the service
• Where applicable, monitoring of the implementation of any training action as recommended and accepted by the candidate during the personalised study

Standard programme to be adapted according to needs:

• Preparation and submission to the certifier of the feasibility file and measurement of deviations: 1 h
  
• 4 group workshops : 15 h
• Appropriation of the VAE booklet (Professional File) -
• Explanation of the professional activities reference framework (REAC and RE) 
• Targeting the objectives and expectations linked to the VAE booklet (DP)
• Acquisition of the methodology for writing the slide show 
• Assistance with the description of professional situations
• Identification of specific knowledge and skills related to professional activities
• Preparation for the oral : mastering your presentation and mobilising resources to manage stress

•  Individual interviews to be adapted according to the candidate's needs  : 7 h (to be adapted according to the candidate's needs) 
• Analysis of the candidate's career path
• Identification of the most significant work situations and verification of their relevance to the certification reference framework
• Assistance with formalising all the parts of the VAE booklet (DP) and the slide show
• Checking the writing work
• Training activities : appropriation of the digital environment and office automation tools (word processing and PPT)
• Situational exercises: 4 to 7 h - Getting to grips with the technical platform, case study methodology  - Training for the technical interview 
• Passage to the jury: 4 h 

• Submission of the VAE file for examination by a jury

At the end of the support, the candidate will have to submit their dossier of evidence,  to be called before a jury.

Possibility of validating one or more blocks of skills

In the event of partial validation of the certification, the units or blocks of skills are acquired definitively as long as the diploma exists.
