• Acquire the methodology needed to develop and explain your professional experience
• Be able to define the most significant activities in relation to the targeted certification
• Master the techniques for formalising booklet 2
• Be able to demonstrate your skills in the VAE booklet (booklet 2)
• Prepare for the interview with the panel
  

Support includes:

• Methodological assistance in describing the activities and experience that correspond to the requirements of the reference framework for the certification in question, in formalising their validation file and in preparing for the interview with the selection board
• Group workshops to explain the experience and personalised interview(s)
  
• A remote support tool throughout the service
• If applicable, follow-up of the implementation of any training action as recommended and accepted by the candidate during the personalised study

The support is planned according to the two dates for submitting the application: 15 January and 15 September

• 6 group workshops: 18 h
• Appropriation of the VAE booklet - Description of the different sheets
• Explanation of the professional activity reference framework
• Targeting the objectives and expectations linked to the VAE booklet
• Acquisition of the methodology for writing the different parts of the VAE booklet

• Identification of specific knowledge and skills related to professional activities
• Assistance in formalising all the parts of the VAE booklet
• Preparation for the oral : mastering your presentation and mobilising resources to manage stress

• Identification of the most significant work situations and verification of whether they correspond to the certification reference framework
• Checking of writing work

The support service can take place face-to-face and/or remotely.

Formalisation of the personalised study carried out by the Academic Prior Learning Assessment Scheme

Notification of admissibility from the certifying body: One year (consecutive or not) of full-time equivalent professional or voluntary experience (attested) related to the diploma envisaged

VAE methodological advisors trained in VAE expertise and the explanatory interview and authorised by the Rectorat de l'académie d'Aix-Marseille.

At the end of the support, the candidate must submit their VAE file in order to be called before a jury.

Possibility of validating one or more blocks of skills

In the event of partial validation of the certification, the units or blocks of skills are acquired definitively as long as the diploma exists

- a personalised study formalised by the Academic Prior Learning Assessment Scheme (DAVA)

- your notification of eligibility

- the funding for your support: please contact the DAVA (dava@ac-aix-marseille.fr). The support service is financed by Pôle Emploi or the Conseil Régional, by OPCOs, companies, the Compte Personnel de Formation (cliquez ici) and transition pro paca.

The DAVA will support you in implementing the financing.
