Implementing the professional or personal project linked to the skills assessment
Post-assessment support has the following objectives:
- Facilitate taking up a position, integration, implementation of the validated project, optimise getting on the move.
- Support and reinforce the effectiveness of the action plan linked to the project defined during the Skills Assessment, VAE support or any other professional support.
- Clarify the actions predefined in the action plan and boost their operational implementation
Post-balance sheet support can cover:
INITIATING INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOBILITY
- Organising the job search
- Targeting and activating networks with regard to the project
- Job marketing and self-marketing
PREPARING AN APPLICATION FOR ENTRY INTO TRAINING
- Identifying VAE opportunities
- Preparing the sales pitch and helping to put together the motivation file
ENHANCED SUPPORT IN FINALISING THE PROJECT
- Support in researching the project through in-depth job surveys, by preparing their job application
- Developing a sales pitch for their "senior" profile with a view to a move
This is organised by alternating periods of support with an adviser and periods of individual, guided research

.Our advisors work within the framework of the regional Quality Charter for skills assessments and comply with the code of ethics for psychologists
.Any person who has completed a skills assessment and is experiencing difficulties in implementing their career plan can apply for this type of support.
