DRA103 General rules of contract law (4 credits)

To master the theoretical and practical aspects of the law of contracts and obligations. Acquire a good knowledge of the general rules governing relations between the company and its partners (suppliers, customers, lenders, insurers, administration, etc.).

The issues, the contribution of HRM to management.

The HR function in the operation of organisations, its articulation with other functions

in the company.

DRA110 Company activities and assets (6 credits)

The rules specific to commercial activities and the legal regime for assets forming part of the company's assets.

Commercial law litigation and debt recovery. Management processes and company organisation. Protection of industrial property.

CCE105 Written and oral practices of professional communication (4 credits)

The tools of oral and written professional communication.

DSY006 The organiser's approach and tools (6 credits)

The conduct of an organisational project and the organiser's basic tools.

Interactive discovery of the tools for undertaking in the service of analysing how the company works: diagnosis and proposals for change.

ANG300 Professional English (6 credits)

Communicate in English orally and in writing in professional situations.

Have a DEUG/L2, a BTS, a DUT or any other national diploma at bac+2 level or an equivalent level 5 qualification (formerly III).

Or provide evidence of significant experience enabling a validation of acquired experience (VAE - 1985 decree) to be undertaken.

Or provide proof of a Bac+2 level of training enabling a validation of higher education (VES) approach to be undertaken.
