CAP (vocational training certificate) in fashion - Soft-fitting garments

Acquire the theoretical and practical foundations of sewing to carry out the tasks required to make a single garment, referring to data and analysing situations.

Vocational teaching modules :

Preparing the model; Carrying out the various assembly operations; Performing finishing and ironing

Communicating, greeting; Collecting, reading, analysing and processing information;

Proposing an aesthetic and technological choice; Checking the quality of the work during and at the end of production;

Protection, Health, Environment

General teaching modules:

French; history geography; mathematics; science

NB: General education modules may be waived under certain conditions.

3. Interview and positioning with the educational coordinator to finalise enrolment.

Training opens subject to a group of 12 continuing education trainees.

The CAP leads to working life but it is possible, under certain conditions, to continue studies in 1 year with a complementary mention ( MC Essayage-retouche-vente ) or in 2 years with a vocational baccalaureate ( Bac pro Métiers de la mode - vêtements ) or vocational diploma (BP Vêtement sur mesure option C couture flou )
