The medico-administrative assistant secretary is the patient's first point of contact and works closely with the healthcare professionals in a medical facility.
At the end of the training course, the trainee will be able to:
BC01 - Carrying out patient reception and routine administrative activities in a medical structure
BC02 - To assist health professionals in a medical structure in monitoring and coordinating patient care
The professional qualification is made up of two blocks of skills known as Certificates of Professional Competence (CCP) which correspond to the activities previously listed.
The validation tests comprise:
Professional situational test:03 h 45 min, based on a case study taking place in the fictitious context of a medical structure.
Part 1: written situational test (duration: 03 h 00)
Based on information and instructions, the candidate analyses professional situations, deals with files and produces the associated documents.
Part 2: oral role-play (duration: 00 h 45)
Based on pre-established scenarios chosen by the jury, the candidate has 15 minutes to prepare before dealing with two reception situations:
Physical reception situation (duration 10 minutes) and a telephone reception situation (duration 5 minutes):
The candidate has 15 minutes to draft, transmit the necessary documents to the interlocutors concerned and update a diary according to the scenarios chosen by the jury.
Technical interview:00 h 20 min
The jury questions the candidate on the work of the written situation and on non-assessed aspects of the skill "Carrying out the administrative and financial management of the patient".
Final interview: 00 h 15 min
Including time for discussion with the candidate on the professional dossier.
Total duration of the test for the candidate: 04 h 20 min
