At the end of their training, holders of this professional qualification will be able to:
- organise, supervise and regulate logistics activities and draw up and exploit indicators by making computerised information flows visible in real time;
- identify and analyse malfunctions or drifts in logistics operations;
- draw up and implement operational solutions to deal with non-conformities and risk situations.
- carry out and argue a technical and economic feasibility study of the logistics solutions he/she has identified;
- define and formalise an action plan to deploy the chosen solution;
- lay out logistics areas and locate products in accordance with physical and regulatory constraints.
- size and plan human and material resources and manage logistics teams;
- draw up work procedures, communicate them and ensure they are adhered to;
- participate in their development by developing and implementing logistics solutions, in order to guarantee the targeted levels of productivity, profitability and service;
- manage interactions between the various players in the warehouse, has seen its role as an interface between its teams, hierarchy, customers, suppliers and service providers.
For all these responsibilities he ensures compliance with health, safety, security and quality rules, and contributes to the implementation of the company's corporate social responsibility and sustainable development policy.
Certification of Professional Competence 1: managing the activities of the logistics site
Organising and regulating the site's logistics activities
Managing the site's operational teams
Determining and exploiting logistics indicators
Detecting and dealing with malfunctions and drifts in logistics operations, including in English
Certification of Professional Skills 2 : developing and implementing technical solutions in response to the needs of the logistics site, including in English
Carrying out a technical and economic feasibility study of a logistics project
Defining and leading an action plan as part of the roll-out of a logistics solution
Rationalising the layout of logistics areas and the positioning of products
Developing work procedures adapted to logistics activities
Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour

Maximum total duration of 2,366 hours, including 1,351 hours on the job and 1,015 hours at the training centre.
