Vocational Training Certificate in Professional Integration (TP CIP)

To be able to work as a vocational integration adviser

- to promote the social and vocational integration of young people or adults experiencing difficulties with integration or retraining, by means of individualised responses. He/she takes into account the multiple dimensions of integration: employment, training, housing, health, mobility, access to rights....

- welcome a variety of publics: young people, jobseekers over 25, adults undergoing retraining or professional transition, employed or not, disabled workers, prison leavers to support them in building and implementing their social and professional integration pathway.

- to develop relationships with employers in its area of intervention, thereby contributing to the socio-economic mobilisation of the employment area in the service of integration.

- to participate in setting up and running projects that meet integration goals and are part of local development issues.

And to do this work in a variety of structures: local missions, PAIOs, accommodation and social reintegration centres, local economic integration plans, local authorities, integration associations and companies, training organisations, employment centres, etc.

The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

BC01 – Welcoming people to analyse their needs and lay the foundations for a shared assessment:

• Informing an individual or group about integration resources and online services
• Analysing an individual’s needs and laying the foundations for a shared assessment
• Monitoring information, technical developments and future trends to adapt one’s work to the target audience and context
• Working as part of a team, in a network and within a partnership framework to optimise the response to the needs of service users
• Carry out administrative tasks and produce professional documentation related to the role in a digital environment

BC02 - Support individuals on their path to social and professional integration:

• Establish a formal agreement with the individual and monitor their path to professional integration
• Support an individual in developing their career plan
• Support the implementation of career plans
• Design themed workshops to promote the vocational integration of service users
• Prepare and facilitate themed workshops to promote integration
• Analyse one’s professional practice

BC03 - Implement a range of services for employers to promote employment integration: 

• Carry out, as part of a project-based approach, outreach activities with local employers to promote integration into the labour market
• Provide technical support to employers regarding recruitment
• Facilitate the integration and retention of employees within their working environment
• Ensure that professional activities are carried out in line with a sustainable development approach

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables participants to develop their professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

• All audiences

Level 4 (Baccalauréat). A first experience of professional integration is strongly recommended. Oral and written communication skills are required: listening, asking questions, reformulating and writing a report.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.

The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.

The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.

The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
