At the end of their training, the "cleaning team leader" professional will be able to:
- work effectively under the responsibility of a site manager or sector manager.
- take part in carrying out manual or mechanised maintenance services and act as a first level interface with the customer.
- recruit, mobilise, coordinate, help train and manage a team of cleaners or conventional cleanroom machinists (of which he/she may replace one member).
BC 01:managing relations with users/clients to ensure the smooth running of the site
Check the condition of one’s own and one’s team’s workwear and equipment
Introduce oneself and engage in dialogue with all contacts, both internal and external, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the exchange.
Inform users of the nature of the work to be carried out and explain the process and any constraints involved in the operations.
Record any requests or complaints from users in order to deal with them within the team or to pass them on to management.
BC 02: technical preparation of the clean-up site
Check the availability and conditions of use (safety) of the products, materials and equipment required for the site.
Estimate, prepare, allocate and arrange the materials and quantities of products and consumables at each workstation
Complete and obtain signatures on consumables usage forms for invoicing purposes
Follow service and safety protocols and instructions
Use materials and products in accordance with the information on the technical data sheets (safety, storage, handling)
Measure out and use chemical products in accordance with safety protocols
BC 03: carrying out professional routine cleaning techniques
Use dust-removal equipment
Wash and disinfect a toilet block and its fittings
Carry out routine office cleaning
Carry out manual floor cleaning
Remove stains from textile coverings
Carry out machine washing
Wear the appropriate PPE, adopt and ensure others adopt the correct movements and postures, and prevent workplace accidents
Collect, sort and store non-hazardous industrial waste (DIB)
Monitor quality and results
Follow routine equipment maintenance instructions and explain and carry out first-level maintenance on
machinery
Complete monitoring records for the operations carried out
BC 04: team leadership
Provide team members with the information they need to carry out the site work effectively
Assess one’s own work and that of the team, and report to managementEnsure health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed
Chair a team meeting
Welcome and integrate staff
Explain and train staff on the use of products, equipment and materials used on site
