At the end of their training, trained professionals will be able to:

- master several techniques to choose the options and methods of intervention according to the task entrusted to them.

- intervene effectively and discreetly while respecting sustainable development and safety constraints.

- clean and maintain their equipment

- interact positively with customers and users on sites where the latter are active.

Skill block 1: implementing relations with users to ensure the smooth running of the cleaning site

Effective and high-quality communication with users to discuss the nature of the work to be carried out.

Identification of inconveniences caused by the site for communication to users

Collection of any requests or complaints from the customer for direct handling and/or transmission to the hierarchy

Skill block 2:Technical preparation of the cleaning site

Choice of equipment and products depending on the surface, the location and its activity and the degree of soiling.

Functioning of safety devices and compliance with access conditions (openings, closures, alarms)

Availability and setting up of products, materials and equipment required for the work

Rational preparation of the trolley, tools, materials and consumables

Delimitation of the work area and protection of property and premises.

Application of service protocols and instructions (dress, hygiene, safety)

Respect for the conditions of use of equipment and products (storage and handling)

Dosing chemicals by applying safety rules

Rinsing packaging prior to disposal

Skill block 3:Implementation of professional cleaning techniques

Use of dust removal equipment: wet sweeping, dry sweeping, vacuuming dust by spontaneously applying ecogestures and good ergonomics

Washing and a disinfection of a sanitary block and its accessories

Dusting and cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces, furniture and furnishings

Manual maintenance of floors

Routine maintenance of an office

Spotting of textile coverings (with prior test)

Mechanised washing with appropriate equipment

Adapted gestures and postures for carrying and handling PPE

Collection and sorting of non-hazardous industrial waste

Autocontrol of work and visual assessment of quality
