Acquire the knowledge needed to work as a fire safety and personal assistance team leader.

- Roles and missions of the team leader: knowing the tools for managing and leading a team

- Handling fire safety systems: knowledge of signalling boards, identification and interpretation of the various signals

- Health and safety at work in fire safety

- Role of the head of the central security station in a crisis situation: knowing procedures and instructions, managing responders, taking appropriate decisions, knowing and putting into action the means to facilitate the action of the fire brigade.

Have the SSIAP 1 qualification

Have worked as a fire safety officer for at least one year in an ERP (establishment open to the public), a IGH (high-rise building) or a building covered by the fire regulations of the French labour code

Be physically fit

Be in possession of the SST or PSC1

• Fully classroom-based training

• Group lessons

EN-certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers
