Achieve a Basic (TOSA from 351 to 550 points ), Operational (TOSA from 551 to 725 points), Advanced (TOSA from 726 to 875 points), or Expert (TOSA from 876 to 1000 points) to manage word processing software in an organised and efficient manner.

Domain 1: Environment / Methods

• Basic: Navigate between tabs and display modes, save and print a document, apply simple formatting.
• Operational: Customise the interface, use predefined templates and themes, organise files efficiently and manage advanced layout options.
• Advanced: Automate tasks with macros, manage long documents with styles and templates, customise themes.

Domain 2: Page layout and formatting

• Basic: Modifying the font, size and colour of text, applying predefined styles, inserting headers and footers.
• Operational: Create and manage custom styles, structure a document with section breaks and columns, insert graphic objects.
• Advanced: Use advanced page layout (pagination, watermarks, themes), design professional documents with complex styles and SmartArt.
• Expert: Managing complex documents (reports, brochures) with advanced tools (outlines, dynamic tables of contents).
