The aim is to acquire the technical and physical skills to pass the technical test for the BNPS 1° degré option alpine skiing:
- Skiing fundamentals: balance, pressure control, rhythm control, trajectories
- Ability to present a demonstration of your skills on a course with a 400 m vertical drop: choice of terrain, anticipation, effort management, adaptation to types of snow, changes in rhythm

- All-terrain techniques: adapting technique; commitment; assessing terrain,
- Personal achievement: video-correction work (silhouette, speed, changes in rhythm)
- Mock exam and personal assessment. personalised instructions for exam
Training taking place entirely in the field. Interview with trainer assessor essential before entry.

Assessment based on an interview: proof of all-terrain skiing experience (technical interview with trainer)

Preparation for the test which will take place at the Les Orres ski resort (Hautes Alpes)
Professional instructors: Ski instructors specialising in the skills required.
Test preparation course without certification.

Compulsory equipment: be equipped with a DVA avalanche victim detector, and individual ski equipment. Helmet compulsory
