Metrology Three-Dimensional Measuring Machines - CMMs

The aims of this training course are to become more professional in setting up and managing the metrology function and to learn or perfect the handling of fleets of measuring instruments :

- Carry out three-dimensional measurements, surface digitisation in small or large series

- Be familiar with the different types of machines and their associated components, as well as the precautions to be taken when using them

- Acquire a good knowledge of the theory of construction of geometric elements, the different criteria for association, calculation principles (distances, angles) and apply it to the inspection of product specifications by showing their limits

- Acquire a good methodology for developing an inspection range on Three-Dimensional Measuring Machines (CMMs) right through to estimating the measurement uncertainty associated with three-dimensional inspection

- Be familiar with the elements of CMM monitoring.
