MAC Electronic security / remote surveillance agent

This training enables security guards to maintain and update their regulatory skills as part of the renewal of their human surveillance or electronic security systems surveillance or guarding or remote surveillance agent professional card.

The three main objectives of this MAC are:

• Update knowledge of the main principles governing the profession of private security guard specialising in remote surveillance and professional ethics
• Update knowledge of the security environment and assessments of the profession
• Master operational tools

The program consists of three modules:

Module Legal framework for private agent intervention

• recent developments in Book VI of the Internal Security Code
• the Code of Ethics
• non-assistance to a person in danger
• Articles 53 and 73 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
• principles of respect for privacy and property rights
• professional secrecy
• provisions relating to the National Council for Private Security Activities.

Professional framework module

• elements of the security context, the various threats related to the business
• the outlook for and developments in the speciality
• economic data for the sector
• the crime monitoring report
• the annual report of the plenary assembly of non-life d'assurances dommages (APSAD)

• standards specific to the remote surveillance business

Be the holder of a professional card before 01/01/2018 bearing the words human surveillance or surveillance by electronic security means or guarding or Remote Surveillance Agent.
