Acquire the methods and knowledge required to manage a micro-enterprise or SME, and to this end:

- Utilise economic and legal tools in negotiations with banks

- Carry out the administrative management of contracts

- Know how to develop a business model and a business plan

- Negotiate and present arguments during commercial negotiations

- Apply methods for prospecting and negotiating with customers and suppliers

- Apply the fundamentals of marketing

- Organise the day-to-day running of the organisation

- Use standard digital tools and IT security protocols to acquire, process, produce and disseminate information, as well as to collaborate internally and externally.

- Identify, select and critically analyse various resources within one’s area of specialisation to research a topic and summarise this data for practical application.

- Analyse and summarise data for practical application.

- Develop a critical argument.

- Use the various registers of written and spoken French with ease.

- Communicate orally and in writing, clearly and unambiguously, in at least one foreign language.

- Identify and contextualise the professional fields potentially related to the skills acquired through the specialisation, as well as the possible pathways to enter them.

- People with a level 5 in the field of small business and craft management or capitalising on 120 ECTS*,

- People with a level 5 outside the field of management after studying their application and possible bridging training,

- People with level 3 and 4 with significant experience in the sector via a VAP85 procedure,

- People wishing to validate their professional experience.
