Upon completion of the course, graduates of this vocational degree will be able to
BC01 – Using digital reference tools : to acquire, process, produce and disseminate information, as well as to collaborate internally and externally
BC02 - Analyse data: critically identify, select, analyse and summarise various resources and data within one’s field of specialism in order to document, argue a case or explore a topic

BC04 - Position oneself within a professional field: Define and promote one’s identity, skills and career plans in line with a specific context and within a professional environment one is familiar with.
BC05 - Acting responsibly within a professional organisation: Understanding one’s role and remit within an organisation in order to adapt and take the initiative whilst making the most of one’s knowledge. Work as part of a team, within a network, independently and responsibly to support a project. Analyse and self-assess one’s performance in professional situations to improve one’s practice. Adhere to ethical, professional and social and environmental responsibility principles, including issues relating to disability and accessibility.
BC06 – Produce payroll documents and associated social security declarations in accordance with the law and collective agreements: Analyse laws, decrees and collective agreements to understand their impact on payroll. Monitor legal, social and economic developments and keep the documents required by regulations up to date. Record or enter the data required for payroll management into the system. Independently prepare payslips, taking into account all the variables for the month. Generate, using payroll software, social security declaration forms (including the DSN) and tax returns relating to social security, as required by current regulations.
BC07 – Manage the legal and administrative aspects of staff management: Draft employment contracts, understanding their variety and specific features. Manage relations with staff regarding administrative matters. Calculate the final settlement and prepare all the documents required for the employee’s departure.
BC08 – Ensuring the security of the payroll records: Implement procedures to ensure the reliability and collection of data. Carry out an annual review of the client organisation’s payroll data to safeguard, regulate and plan for future declarations.
BC09 - Support the various stakeholders: Manage day-to-day relations with the client or employee and provide support and advice by adopting a proactive and attentive approach. Implement management tools for the various stakeholders.

Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.
Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.
This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic assessment panel.
If a candidate fails to obtain the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining assessments at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years.
The examinations take place at the end of the course (one-off assessment) based on a professional portfolio and an interview with a professional panel.
