Category B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Turbine Helicopters)

The category B1 aircraft maintenance licence.3 allows its holder to issue certificates of release to service and to act as support staff within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 following:

• maintenance work carried out on the structure, powerplant and mechanical and electrical systems of turbine-powered helicopters
• work on the avionics systems of turbine-powered aircraft requiring only simple tests to demonstrate correct operation and not requiring troubleshooting

Qualification that allows the holder to hold a position as an APRSeur in a PART145 maintenance organisation.
