At the end of the training course, learners will be able to:

• Identify sources of tension in a team.
• Recognise the weak signals of latent conflicts.
• Analyse roles, postures and conflict dynamics.
• Implement effective regulation strategies.
• Strengthen the relational quality and cohesion of the collective.

The training consists of several modules:

Module 1: Understanding conflict dynamics in teams

• Conflict typology: from divergence to open conflict
• Collective tension factors: roles, objectives, workload, recognition
• Individual functioning and interactions in a group
• Communication styles and emotional reactions in a tense context

Module 2: Professional posture and regulatory communication

• Clarifying relational and factual issues
• Active listening, reformulation and Nonviolent or benevolent Communication
• Preserving one's position without aggravating the conflict
• Managing disagreements in meetings or during shared assignments
• Role-playing situations of conflict in a team

Module 3: Long-term conflict resolution and prevention

• Collaborative resolution techniques: internal mediation, co-decision
• The role of the manager, referent or team leader
• Formalising a collective relational framework: rules, rituals, processes
• Tools to strengthen cooperation: feedback, recognition, regulation

The course combines face-to-face and distance learning. Learning takes place through a mix of sessions at the centre, virtual classes, online resources and regular support from the trainer.
