Managing and motivating a team. Strengthening collaboration and teamwork

At the end of the training course, the learner will be able to:

• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the supervisor (coordinator/manager).
• Repentify individual and collective motivational levers to generate commitment.
• Setting clear objectives and giving meaning to the tasks assigned.
• Practising constructive feedback (positive and corrective) to strengthen collaboration.
• Animating team dynamics to encourage cohesion and collaborative working.

The training consists of several modules:

1 : Posture and Roles

• Launch: The challenges of the coordinator/manager today.
• Thematic: Moving from "doing" to "doing": the facilitator posture.
• Flash diagnostic: "What is my management style?"

2: The levers of commitment

• Module 1: Theories of motivation (Maslow, Herzberg) applied to the field.
• Module 2: The art of setting SMART objectives that really motivate.
• Module 3: Recognition at work: beyond remuneration, what levers should be activated?
• Module 4 : Managing personalities and resistance within the team.

3 : Management tools and assessment

• Practice: The feedback interview (DESC method) and the team point.
• Workshop: Building a management ritual to strengthen collaboration.
• Assessment: Summary quiz on management postures.
