In a context of digital transformation and high stakes in skills development in the digital sector, the Tosa DigComp certification covers five major skills areas in line with the Digital Skills Reference Framework (DSRF) derived from the European Common Reference Framework DIGCOMP 2.1: Information and Data, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Digital Security, Digital Device Problem Solving. TOSA certification will be issued with a score corresponding to a level. A minimum score of 551 (i.e. operational level) is required to obtain the DIGCOMP.
