Acquire the qualification to develop the following professional skills:
- Accompanying people and carrying out appropriate care in the activities of their daily and social life
- Assessing the clinical condition and implementing appropriate care in collaboration
- Establishing appropriate communication to inform and support the person and those around them, as well as informing and training peers, people in training and other professionals
- Use techniques for maintaining the person's immediate environment and equipment linked to activities, taking into account the place and situations of intervention
- Work in a multi-professional team and process information linked to care activities, quality/risk management
BC01 - Accompanying and caring for the person in the activities of daily and social living
- Accompanying people in the essential acts of daily and social living, personalising this accompaniment based on the assessment of their personal and contextual situation and making the necessary readjustments
- Identifying risk situations when accompanying the person, implement appropriate preventive actions and evaluate them
BC02 - Assessment of clinical condition and implementation of adapted care in collaboration
- Assess the clinical condition of a person at any age of life in order to adapt their care
-. Implement care adapted to the person's clinical condition
- Accompany the person in settling in and moving around by mobilising their resources and using preventive mobilisation techniques
BC03 - Information and support for people and their entourage, professionals and learners
- Establish appropriate communication to inform and support the person and those around them
- Inform and train peers, trainees and other professionals
BC04 - Maintaining the person's immediate environment and equipment related to activities, taking into account the place and situations of intervention- Using appropriate techniques for maintaining premises and equipment, taking into account the prevention of associated risks
- Identify and deal with anomalies and malfunctions in connection with the maintenance of premises and equipment related to care activities
BC05 - Multi-professional teamwork and processing of information related to care activities, to quality/risk management
- Searching for, processing and transmitting, whatever the communication tool and methods, relevant data to ensure the continuity and traceability of care and activities
- Organising one's activity, cooperating within a multi-professional team and improving one's practice as part of a quality/risk management approach

- Be at least 17 years old on the date of entry to the training course.
- No diploma condition is required
- Satisfy the eligibility test
- Satisfy the vaccination requirements in force in health establishments
- Medical certificate of fitness to follow the DEAS from a doctor approved by the ARS

Equivalences and pathways: to be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the candidate’s background.

Admission based on application + interview with a panel
In accordance with the Order of 7 April 2020 concerning the admission procedures for training programmes leading to state-recognised nursing assistant qualifications, admission to the programme is based on an application and an interview before a panel.
