CAD - AUTOCAD 2012 2D and 3D

Master the simple and advanced functions of AutoCAD computer-aided drafting and design software in two and three dimensions.

Adapt your practice according to the professions of the course participants: construction, industry, audiovisual, etc.

MODULE 1 - 2 D

• Getting to know the working tool and defining a drawing sheet

• Learning basic drawing commands

• Using a graphics printer or plotter
• Organising a drawing by using several layers by associating properties of colour,line type, line thickness
• Additional drawing commands - construction - modification

• Wrapping a drawing, setting up text, dimensioning, hatching - Additional tools
• Using multilines or double lines - Using the polyline.
• Creating and using blocks and template drawings.
• Adjusting AutoCAD settings.

TASK 2 - 3D

• Basics of 3-dimensional drawing (3D surface)
• Drawing 3-dimensional surface objects
• Multi-windowing in AutoCAD
• 3D volume drawing

• Statement of skills and/or competencies

• All audiences

• Know the conventions of representation in technical, industrial or building drawing.
• Be fluent with the drawing board.
• Have basic computer skills.
