The aim of the Tosa WordPress certification is to attest to the acquisition of skills on the WordPress tool, skills in demand in web or IT professions, especially for integrators, web developers, web writers and for WordPress consultants.
The TOSA certification is broken down into 5 skill areas: Administration and configuration, Extensions and Widgets, Content writing and integration, Themes , Synthesis - The score achieved validates a level (operational, advanced or expert)

Operational level (Tosa score 551 to 725)
Set up your dashboard, Manage your profile (appearance), layout with WordPress, Update, Create and manage the rights of new users with an appropriate role
Identify the need for extensions and widgets, conduct an appropriate search, Download and activate new extensions, widgets or deactivate them, delete them
Add tags or categories, media to a post, Modify media, Use page templates, Create a logo, a favicon, Schedule a publication, backdate it
Download and activate a new theme, Customise your home page
Advanced level (Tosa score 726 to 875)
Manage a site's technical settings (RGPD, maintenance, production, backing up and restoring data, scheduling actions, deleting user data, managing Gutenberg blocks)
Add a server caching extension, to optimise SEO, Debug an extension, Securing your site with a security extension
Managing URL formats and optimising referencing, Compatible file and media extensions, Configuring the site menu, notifications, Archiving articles, Managing comments, Creating multi-page publications, Managing form fields
Customising themes, developing them, preparing for a change and identifying elements to be corrected, saving data
Expert level (Tosa score 876 to 1000)
Mastering all WordPress settings to customise its interface and optimise its use (Debugging, secure, migrate, modify directories/functions, optimise performance, administer and manage comments, create custom permalinks)
Translate themes and associated extensions, Access the extensions directory (mu-plugins), Manage slugs, Create menus and sub-menus, Manage moderation options, Set up an automated external backup system
Create and apply child themes, Manage graphics and favicons, Develop a theme and submit it to the directory
