In accordance with legal requirements, the human resources assistant carries out all or part of the tasks relating to the administrative management of staff. They contribute to the recruitment of new staff and to skills development.
They process information received from the personnel department or third parties and adhere to confidentiality rules at all times.
Upon completion of the training, the BLOCK 1 graduate will be able to:

The qualification programme is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical application and assessment sessions in order to promote practical and progressive learning. These arrangements also apply to each of the skill modules that make up the programme.

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs.
The work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.
Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the training.

A minimum of 2 years' professional experience preferred, variable depending on the quality and scope of the responsibilities exercised, in the secretarial field in a company or association.
Level 4 (Bac) preferred

For this Skills Module, which forms part of the Professional Qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.
The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.
The panel either validates or does not validate the Skills Block, which is valid for a period of 5 years.
During the final assessment of the Professional Qualification, the panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence blocks) obtained are valid for a period of five years.
The candidate may also, within five years, complete the missing blocks and, by accumulating the blocks, sit the final interview to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
