Acquire skills in the following areas:

- basic hygiene and hair care techniques, cutting, shaping, colouring, styling on a female and male clientele;
- customer reception;

BC01 - Carry out hairdressing services

Develop a diagnosis
Implement a hygiene and hair care technique
Carry out basic hairdressing techniques:
- Cutting (women's, men's)
- Colour (colouring* and colour effect*)
- Shaping (temporary shaping, long-lasting shaping* by rolling, styling)

BC02 - Establish a relationship with customers and take part in the company's activity

Greet customers and manage the booking of appointments
Advise on and sell services, equipment and hair care products
Contribute to the business activity

Communicate in writing and orally using clear syntax and appropriate technical vocabulary
Act when faced with an emergency situation
