Acquire the necessary qualification to develop the following skills:

  • Accompanying and coordinating the person's journey within the structure with a view to enabling them to obtain a response adapted to their needs, taking their choices into account
  • Participating in projects linked to the structure's activities and in the quality approach with a view to improving the service Contribute to the implementation of the structure's local policy with a view to devising appropriate responses to the challenges facing society
  • Collaborate in the management of the structure and the service with a view to adapting to foreseeable changes in the professions and promoting quality of life at work

Vocational education:

  • Skills block 01:Supporting and coordinating the person's pathway within the structure with a view to enabling them to obtain a response adapted to their needs, taking their choices into account

- Welcoming and accompanying people on their journey

- Implementing and monitoring administrative logistics to serve people

- Coordinating, leading and supervising teams to meet people's needs

- Developing customer relations to strengthen access to rights and services

- Implementing a documentary watch to adapt one's activity to the public and contexts


  • Skill block 02: Participating in projects related to the structure's activities and in the quality approach with a view to improving the service provided

- Designing and implementing a project approach

- Participating in the implementation of a quality approach


  • Skills block 03: Contribute to the implementation of the organisation's policy in the local area with a view to devising appropriate responses to the challenges facing society

- Identify the needs and demands of local populations

- Identify the role of the structure in the implementation of public policies

- Participate in the implementation of responses adapted to a type of public


  • Skill block 04: Helping to manage the structure and service with a view to adapting to foreseeable changes in the professions and promoting quality of life at work

- Providing support for financial logistics

- Helping to recruit staff

- Supporting changes in skills and working conditions linked to new organisations and new technologies

  • Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 5 (BTS)

Maximum total duration of 3,650 hours, including 2,300 hours in a company and 1,350 hours at the training centre.
