Career opportunities

Real estate activity takes place in many areas: construction and housing, marketing, leasing, individual and collective management of new and old properties. These different missions are carried out in both the private and public sectors. The specific nature of this BTS means that graduates can find employment quickly. Graduates work in estate agencies, real estate companies or property management firms (rental management or co-owners' associations).

They can also work in development-construction companies, or in companies or local authorities that manage their own property assets. In small companies, versatility is the order of the day: tasks range from day-to-day contact with customers to administrative, accounting and IT organisation. In larger companies, it is possible to be recruited into a specialist department (legal, tax, sales, accounting, etc.) and take on increasing responsibilities.
