  • The holder of a BTS "Real Estate Professions" carries out his or her missions in three main areas of activity which require the mobilisation of numerous relational, commercial, legal, organisational, administrative, financial, accounting, tax skills,...The advisory activity is prominent.

The 3 main areas of activity are organised around:

- property rental: advising and assisting landlords and tenants - The holder of the BTS PI provides rental and/or rental management services

- co-ownership management as an assistant or manager with varying degrees of autonomy in the day-to-day management of his/her portfolio of co-owners

- sales, as an employee or self-employed. He or she builds up a portfolio of properties and prospects, advises the seller and buyer on their respective property strategies and supports them until the final deed of sale is signed

BC001: Managing the client's property project for sale and/or rent

  • Developing the agency's portfolio
  • Advising the client on their choices, their project and putting together their file 
  • Implementing effective communication 
  • Negotiate in the interests of the parties
  • Transmit a compliant file to the notary
  • Guide the lessor and lessee in implementing the rental project
  • Manage the various stages of the rental from an administrative, legal, financial and accounting point of view
  • Present the tax consequences of the choices made 
  • Use the database to serve the customer journey 

BC002: Administration of condominiums and social housing

  • Legally distinguish condominiums from other building complexes
  • Propose a suitable condominium manager contract
  • Prepare and monitor general meetings. Conducting it in the interests of the co-ownership
  • Overseeing the financial equilibrium of the co-ownership and justifying the financial elements
  • Implementing human resources management and anticipating conflicts and disputes within the co-owners
  • Characterising social housing
  • Accompanying the beneficiary in his/her residential path

BC003: Advising on building management in the context of climate change

  • Representing the interactions between imbalances linked to global warming and the property sector
  • Informing customers about new technical and regulatory constraints and helping them to analyse the characteristics of their property
  • Guiding customers towards adaptation solutions, assessing needs and supporting them in the various works to be considered
  • Informing customers about common risks and claims and those linked to climate change. Supporting them if necessary
  • Identifying the specific features of regional development and the players involved
  • Advising clients on the steps required to complete their project up to the conclusion of a VEFA deed

BC004: Building a profession in real estate

  • Characterising a territory in its real estate dimension
  • Analysing and developing the real estate business
  • Designing one's professional project and projecting oneself in an entrepreneurial approach
  • Building one's professional identity, external communication, including digital, accessible to all
  • Dynamising customer relations

General subjects:

  • General culture and written and oral expression
  • Living English - Level B2 of the CEFR
  • Legal and economic environment of real estate activities

  • Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 5 (BTS)

Maximum total duration of 3214 hours, including 1864 hours on the job and 1350 hours at the training centre.

Registration pack to be collected from GRETA-CFA, positioning and interview

On apprenticeship or professionalisation contract from September 2025 to the end of June 2027. The training is entirely free of charge.


Apprenticeship training: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month in which the action begins.
