The aim of the BTS Pilotage de Procédés is to train potential team leaders supervising operators on a production line.
They must be able to pilot and have piloted a production line comprising several unit operations, ensuring product conformity in terms of quality, safety and with respect for the environment.
At the end of the course, the holder of the BTS will be able to: - Optimise processes for the manufacture of existing and new products, with a view to improving performance (material consumption, cost price, environmental results, capacity and availability of installations) - Run a process, taking account of incident management - Organise and coordinate teams of production operators - Assess risks and manage the maintenance of installations
The programme is structured around several skill blocks (BC)
BC01: Involvement in a QHSSE (Quality-Hygiene-Safety-Health-Environment)
Organising the activities of those involved outside production,
Collecting and exploiting QHSSE information,
Conducting a risk analysis approach
BC02: Production control
Collect and use maintenance data,
Pilot in normal operation,
Pilot in transient operation,
Pilot in degraded mode,
Conduct an analysis of the causes of breakdowns or malfunctions,
Design monitoring tools in compliance with procedures (database, traceability documents, QHSSE documents).
BC03: Production analysis and management
Collect and use production data,
Determine process control parameters and associated values,
Plan production,
Collect and use information relating to staff skills and availability.
BC04: Collaboration in the professional environment
Implement a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach,
Choose the communication methods appropriate to the situation,
Communicate elements using the appropriate technical vocabulary,
Prepare and run a meeting,
Create and maintain interpersonal relations.
