Upon completion of their course, graduates of the BTS NDRC will be able to:

- Support the client/customer throughout the sales process, from the prospecting stage to customer retention: providing advice, market monitoring, quotations, liaising with contacts, site visits, prospecting, negotiation, sales and purchasing, follow-up and after-sales service.
- Master negotiation and sales techniques in B2B, B2C and B2G contexts
- Manage, as part of an omnichannel strategy, multiple touchpoints to build closer relationships with customers, and offer them virtually bespoke solutions 
- Help the customer maintain loyalty to the company and the brand, through personalised communication and service planning,
- Manage commercial content relating to the use of websites, mobile apps and social media, or at the very least monitor ratings and recommendations on forums and blogs…

- Manage customer relations as part of a team by sharing information and responsibilities with colleagues within the organisation: field sales representatives, remote sales representatives, site managers, network partners, etc.

- Drive a sales and marketing strategy developed in collaboration with all those involved in customer relations, as well as with the organisation’s partners across all functional areas: production, research, development, marketing, finance, legal, administration, etc.


The course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

BC03 - ‘Customer’ relations and network management

  • Establishing and promoting the product range with retailers
  • Developing and managing a partner network
  • Creating and managing a direct sales network

General knowledge, written and oral communication

  • Summarising information, adhering to the conventions of written language and providing reasoned responses
  • Adapting oral communication to the context and structuring one’s contribution

Modern Languages 1

  • Comprehension of written documents

Economic, legal and managerial knowledge

  • Utilising an economic and legal database
  • Proposing well-reasoned solutions drawing on economic, legal and managerial concepts
  • Drawing up an analysis (or part of an analysis) to inform decision-making
  • Presenting analyses and proposals in a coherent and well-reasoned manner

Throughout the course, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables participants to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-oriented approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely resemble the real working world.

Maximum total duration of 3,650 hours, including 2,300 hours in a company and 1,350 hours at the training centre.

Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years

Here are the steps involved in examining your application:

  1. Checking prerequisites
    We will start by checking that you have the prerequisites needed to join the course.
  2. Individual interview
  3. You will then be offered an interview to assess your motivation, the fit between your career plan and the content of the course, and your ability to progress in the professional world on a sandwich course.
  4. Contract on a sandwich course
    For apprenticeship courses, final validation of your application will depend on the signing of a sandwich course contract with a company. You will therefore need to start actively looking for a company.
