A specialist in instrumentation and regulation systems, the Advanced Technician in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation (CIRA) is capable of designing, installing, programming, adjusting, commissioning, optimising and maintaining a controlled installation or system.
Vocational teaching modules:
BC01 -. Collaboration in the professional environment
Identify an industrial problem in all its dimensions and reformulate it
Apprehend the risks associated with the industrial environment
Respect and take into account the rules of the of the company
Evaluate and prevent risks as part of a QHSSE approach
Comply with and ensure compliance with instructions relating to a QHSSE approach
Communicate in writing in French and scientific and technical English
BC02 - Drawing up a technical project
Compare technical solutions with standards and regulations
Extract relevant information from available documents
Determine the performance and characteristics of a control strategy
Communicate orally in French and scientific and technical English
BC03 - Physico-chemical analysischimique d'un procédé et de son environnement

Analyser des données les confronter aux résultats attendus
BC04 - Analyse d'une installation d'instrumentation contrôle et régulation
Identifier les grandeurs pertinentes pour le contrôle d'un procédé et les appareils d'un système

Functionally analyse an installation
Compare technical solutions with a specification
Propose improvements to the approach, of the model and protocol
Perform representations using a standardised format
Compare the performance of a regulated system with the specifications
BC05 - Design of an instrumentation, control and regulation installation
Analyse malfunctions
Propose, designing and analysing a control strategy
Implementing instrumentation - control and automation devices

Maximum total duration of 3,650 hours, including 2,300 hours in a company and 1,350 hours at the training centre.
